These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Bubble Hosting and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the “Client”) using our hosting services.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Bubble Hosting provides hosting services, including the hosting of game servers such as Minecraft, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable laws of the European Union.

1.2. Use of our services constitutes the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. We provide access to IT infrastructure and online services, including the rental of game servers, on a prepaid basis.

2.2. Detailed descriptions and pricing of services are provided on our website and depend on the chosen tariff plan.

3. Service Conditions

3.1. Services are provided 24/7, except during maintenance periods and force majeure events.

3.2. Service provision begins once payment has been confirmed.

3.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of violations on your part, including aggression, spam, or abuse of customer support.

4. Obligations of the Parties

4.1. We undertake to:

• Ensure access to the ordered services

• Maintain the technical infrastructure

• Protect your data in accordance with GDPR

4.2. You undertake to:

• Use the services solely for lawful purposes

• Not host illegal content (including malware, copyright-infringing materials, etc.)

• Refrain from actions that disrupt system operations or the services of other clients

5. Liability

5.1. Both parties bear liability in accordance with applicable EU legislation.

5.2. We are not liable for losses caused by client errors, including incorrect server configuration or violation of the rules.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. Neither party shall be held liable for delays or inability to fulfill obligations caused by extraordinary circumstances (war, natural disasters, global network outages, etc.).

7. Refunds

7.1. Services are non-refundable once activated (in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU).

7.2. The Client has the right to request a refund before the service begins or within the first hour after payment, provided the service has not yet been activated.

Refunds are only possible for virtual servers and game hosting services. Dedicated physical server rental services are non-refundable, as their activation requires the allocation of unique resources.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Bubble Hosting support.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. These Terms may be amended without prior notice. We will publish the updated version on our website.
